Aussie Home and Floor – Warranty
At Aussie Home and Floor, we take pride in delivering quality workmanship, reliable service, and lasting results. With over 16 years of experience in flooring and renovation, we stand behind the standard of our work and are committed to customer satisfaction on every project.
We provide workmanship warranties in line with Australian Consumer Law, giving our customers confidence that installation works will be carried out with due care, skill, and professional attention to detail. Our team is committed to delivering finishes that are neat, durable, and completed to a high standard.
In addition to our workmanship warranty, selected products supplied by Aussie Home and Floor are covered by separate supplier or manufacturer warranties. These product warranties vary depending on the item and are subject to the supplier’s terms, installation requirements, and exclusions.
Workmanship Warranty
Our workmanship warranty applies to installation services completed by Aussie Home and Floor, including eligible flooring and renovation works carried out by our team. This warranty covers defects that arise as a direct result of faulty installation or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.
Where a valid workmanship issue is identified, we will inspect the problem and, where appropriate, repair or rectify the affected area within a reasonable timeframe.
What Is Covered
Our workmanship warranty may cover:
- installation defects caused by incorrect fitting or application
- visible faults directly related to workmanship
- issues resulting from failure to follow standard installation practices
- finishing defects that fall within our installation responsibility
What Is Not Covered
Our workmanship warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or abuse
- damage caused by water ingress, flooding, storms, leaks, or moisture issues not related to our installation
- movement in the building structure, subfloor failure, or site conditions beyond our control
- damage caused by other trades or third parties after completion
- product defects covered by the manufacturer or supplier
- variation in colour, texture, grain, batch, or natural material characteristics
- lack of maintenance or failure to follow product care instructions
- works altered, repaired, or modified by others after handover
Product Warranties
Many of the products supplied and installed by Aussie Home and Floor are covered by separate manufacturer or supplier warranties. These warranties are issued by the product manufacturer or supplier and may differ depending on the brand, product type, application, and usage conditions.
Aussie Home and Floor does not replace or override any manufacturer or supplier warranty. However, we are happy to assist customers in identifying the correct warranty information for the products used in their project.
