General FAQs
Do you have a product catalogue?
Yes! We publish a product catalogue annually. You can view the latest edition online here.
Does a thicker wear layer mean a harder or more durable floor?
No, the thickness of the European Oak top layer doesn’t determine its hardness. A 6mm layer of European Oak is no tougher than a 2mm layer. In fact, a thicker top layer may result in deeper dents.

Installation
Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we have a network of professional installers covering most major Australian cities. In some regional areas, we can connect you with our retail partners for assistance.
Will my home's construction affect floor installation?
Floating floors can be installed over concrete slabs or timber joists with ground beneath. However, the specific construction of your home determines the necessary preparations. If your home has a joist construction, additional moisture protection may be required. Floors should never be installed over damp subfloors.
Can I install the flooring myself?
Yes! Our flooring products feature advanced click-lock technology from Unilin, Valinge, or Drop Lock, making them easy to install for DIY enthusiasts. We recommend reviewing our Installation Guides before starting.
Care & Maintenance
How do I maintain my Hybrid floor?
A light brush will help remove surface dust and keep your floor looking clean. For deeper cleaning, use a pH-neutral floor cleaner once a week or whenever dirt and marks appear. Check our Cleaning & Maintenance Guidelines for more details.
How should I care for Timber or Laminate flooring?
Regular sweeping, vacuuming, or using a microfibre mop with a Laminate & Timber Flooring cleaning solution will keep your floor in top condition. Avoid using general household cleaners, as they may cause damage.
Several factors influence how often your floor needs cleaning, such as foot traffic, exterior conditions, and the presence of pets. Spills should be cleaned immediately, and steam mops must never be used on Timber, Laminate, Bamboo, or Hybrid floors. More details are available in our Cleaning & Maintenance Guidelines.
Can I have pets with Timber flooring?
Yes, but to minimize wear and tear:
- Keep your pet’s nails trimmed or take them on regular walks on concrete to blunt their nails.
- Use mats at entryways to reduce dirt and scratches.
- Regularly sweep, vacuum, and dry mop your floors.
- Place pet food and water bowls away from timber flooring and use mats to catch spills.
- Clean pet accidents immediately, as urine can stain timber floors and leave a lasting odor.
Is there an allergy-friendly flooring option?
Timber and Bamboo flooring are the best choices for allergy sufferers, as they don’t trap dust or dirt. Regular dry mopping and sweeping will help keep your floors allergen-free.
