Warranty

At Aussie Home and Floor, we take pride in delivering high-quality flooring products and professional installation. We offer a limited warranty that covers both materials and workmanship, giving you confidence in your investment.

Our flooring materials are covered for up to 10 years (depending on the product), while our installation workmanship is covered for 2 years from the date of completion. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and installation issues under normal residential use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, pets, heavy impact, or any unauthorized repairs or modifications. To keep your warranty valid, proper care and maintenance guidelines must be followed.

If you experience any issues, please contact us with your proof of purchase and details of the problem. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, repair or replace the affected area as appropriate.
